Have a walk around the neighborhood, check out the new restaurants and give the place a quick look. You will feel the energy boost, and you will not spend time in bed. EXPLORE THE NEW SURROUNDINGS ON FOOT
When you find yourself in the new city, explore the new surroundings on foot! Do not use your car or bus. Go everywhere on foot. It will be much more interesting. You will enjoy the view, have the time to take pictures, and you will find some new interesting places in the meantime. If going on foot is no option, use the bike instead.
